Terms of Service

These terms govern your use of GRANA VPN. By installing our applications or buying a subscription you agree to them. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
Company details are pending. The operating entity, its registered address and the governing jurisdiction will be inserted here once incorporation is complete. Do not publish this page or submit an app for review before that is done — both stores require a named operator.
1. What the service is
GRANA VPN encrypts your internet traffic and routes it through a server in a location you choose, so that the services you use see that server's address instead of yours. It is a privacy and security tool. It is not anonymity software, it does not make you untraceable, and it does not protect you from malware, phishing, or from information you yourself give away.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age of digital consent where you live, whichever is higher. You are responsible for complying with the laws of your own country, including any local restrictions on the use of VPN services.
3. Your account
You may use the service anonymously, or add an email address to carry your subscription across devices. You are responsible for keeping your password safe. Tell us promptly if you believe someone else has access to your account.
One subscription covers up to 10 devices registered to a single account. The service is for your personal use. Reselling access, sharing an account with the public, or operating it as a service for others is not permitted.
4. Free trial
Each new installation receives a free trial of 3 days, once. No payment details are required, nothing renews automatically, and the trial simply ends. Attempting to obtain repeated trials through reinstallation, multiple accounts, or emulated devices is a breach of these terms.
5. Subscriptions and payment
Subscriptions are sold for a fixed period — one, three, six or twelve months — at the prices shown at the time of purchase. Prices are in US dollars.
Purchases do not renew automatically. When the period ends, access stops until you buy again. We will remind you by email before that happens if you have given us an address.
Payments made on our website are handled by our payment provider (card) or received directly in USDT on the Tron network. Purchases made inside the iOS or Android applications are processed by Apple or Google under their own terms, and questions about those transactions — including refunds — are handled by them, not by us.
6. Refunds
If you buy on our website and the service does not work for you, write to us within 14 days and we will refund you in full, no explanation needed. Card refunds return to the card. USDT payments are refunded in USDT to an address you provide; network fees are deducted, and we are not responsible for a refund sent to an address you gave incorrectly.
Purchases made through Apple or Google are subject to those companies' refund policies and must be requested through them.
7. Acceptable use
You may not use GRANA VPN to:
- break the law of any country that applies to you;
- send spam or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind;
- attack, scan, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system;
- distribute malware, or operate botnet or command-and-control infrastructure;
- distribute or access material depicting the sexual abuse of children;
- infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- harass, threaten, or endanger anyone.
We cannot see what you do online and therefore do not monitor it. Where we receive a credible abuse report we may suspend or terminate an account. We will do so on the basis of the report, since we hold no traffic records of our own to verify it against.
8. Availability
We aim to keep the service running continuously but do not guarantee it. Servers are occasionally taken out of service for maintenance, and locations may be added or withdrawn. If a location you rely on is withdrawn permanently and you have an active subscription, contact us and we will make it right.
9. No warranty
The service is provided "as is". To the extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that it will meet any particular speed.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits, or lost data. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud.
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms. Where the breach is not serious we will contact you first. You may stop using the service at any time and delete your account from within the app.
12. Changes
We may update these terms. If a change materially affects your rights we will notify you by email and in the app at least 14 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the new terms.
13. Governing law
To be completed on incorporation. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory law of their country of residence in any case.
