Do you really keep no logs?
Yes, and it is a matter of engineering rather than promises. Our VPN servers are built so they cannot report the address a device connects from — that information never leaves the server. We hold your account details, and per-device byte counters so we can size capacity. We do not hold browsing history, DNS queries, or destination addresses, so there is nothing to disclose to anyone who asks.
How fast is it?
Fast enough that you will forget it is on. WireGuard is the quickest protocol in wide use, our servers are not oversold, and there is no traffic shaping of any kind. In practice most people see the full speed of their connection.
Which devices does it work on?
iPhone, iPad, Android, Windows and macOS, with up to ten devices on one subscription. The apps look and behave the same on every platform.
Will it work in a country that blocks VPNs?
GRANA VPN is built for privacy, not for defeating national censorship. It works reliably everywhere the internet is open. In countries that actively filter VPN protocols — China, Iran, Russia — it may not connect, and we would rather say so plainly than take your money and disappoint you.
Can I use it for streaming?
Yes, and there are no bandwidth caps to run into. Streaming services do sometimes block server addresses, so a particular service in a particular country may not always work — write to us and we will tell you which locations are working.
What if I do not like it?
Try it free for three days without giving us a card. If you buy and change your mind, ask within 14 days and we will refund you in full.
